Personal Assistant (PA) to Directors
Location: Kirby Muxloe (5 days onsite)
Salary: DOE

With c300 stores nationwide and big plans, we’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our directors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of an ambitious retail company.

The Role:
As the PA to our directors, you’ll play a vital role in helping the leadership team manage their day-to-day activities efficiently. You’ll ensure that they stay on top of their busy schedules, meetings, and projects, allowing them to focus on driving the business forward. Your organisational skills will be key in keeping everything running smoothly, and your ability to anticipate needs and handle tasks with a positive attitude will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organising travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points for meetings
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
