Your Mission
To bring the Poundstretcher brand to life across new and existing stores, delivering high-quality retail environments that balance creativity, value, and operational practicality. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and on brand.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Lead New Store Openings
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including site feasibility, design coordination, procurement, build, fit-out, and handover.
- Deliver seamless, high-impact store openings that support our ambitious expansion plans.
Elevate Existing Spaces
- Oversee store refits, rebrands, and remodels across the existing estate.
- Minimise operational disruption while maximising customer experience and commercial performance.
Collaborate to Create Impact
- Work closely with Design, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Facilities, and Operations teams.
- Ensure consistency of brand standards and execution across all locations.
Manage Multiple Projects at Pace
- Control budgets, programmes, contractors, and stakeholders across a varied project portfolio.
- Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward with confidence.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail project management with a track record of delivering multi-site projects.
- Strong understanding of construction, fit-out processes, and design coordination.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for design, innovation, and creating memorable retail experiences.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Proficiency in CAD or experience working closely with CAD drawings. (Desirable)
